Terms of Use

These conditions apply whenever a visitor reads a page or uses a search feature. Using Camden County Criminal History means accepting every term below. A person who disagrees with them must stop using the site.

NO FCRA USE. This privately operated site has no government affiliation. Neither it nor its advertising partners provides a service for credit, employment, insurance, tenant, or other decisions governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The resource points to Camden County and New Jersey record channels. It is not a consumer reporting agency or private investigation firm.

1. What This Website Is

This private reference site is independent from every government office. It does not store official records, conduct official checks, retrieve case files, or submit paperwork for a visitor.

Its content identifies Camden County Sheriff contacts, New Jersey courts, New Jersey State Police, the New Jersey Sex Offender Internet Registry, and outside research tools. Only the originating agency can issue an official record.

2. Rules for Using This Site

Use is permitted only when it is lawful and does not interfere with another person or the service. A visitor must not:

  • Use the site in violation of federal, state, or local law
  • Threaten, harass, stalk, or intimidate another person
  • Use content for an FCRA-regulated decision
  • Attempt unauthorized access to a system or account
  • Operate scrapers, bots, or other automated extraction tools
  • Disrupt access, security, or site performance

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

No record or linked result may be used to harass, stalk, intimidate, threaten, or discriminate. New Jersey registry information is published for public safety under N.J.S.A. 2C:7-13. It does not authorize vigilantism or retaliation against a listed person, and misuse can result in legal consequences.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

Camden County Criminal History is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. It creates no credit report, background check, or consumer report. The same limit applies to any data reached through a linked tool. It may not be used to:

  • Decide whether to hire or fire someone
  • Screen potential renters or housing applicants
  • Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
  • Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
  • Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

A regulated purpose requires the appropriate official New Jersey State Police route or a properly compliant consumer reporting provider.

5. No Legal Advice

General information about Camden County records is not legal advice. Only a licensed New Jersey attorney can advise how a charge, warrant, conviction, or expungement rule applies to a specific person.

6. No Warranties

All content and functions are provided "as is." No warranty promises that:

  • The information here is accurate, complete, or current at any given time
  • The site will stay up and running without interruptions
  • Our pages are free of errors, bugs, or security holes
  • Results from our partner search tools will be thorough or accurate

Charges, dispositions, custody, and expungement status can change. Gaps and delays are possible, and no page is an official statement by a court, sheriff, or other agency.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

External links lead to services outside our control. Their operators are responsible for availability, content, privacy practices, prices, and terms. Review those rules before using an outside court, agency, aid, or search service.

8. Intellectual Property

Text, graphics, logos, and code belong to Camden County Criminal History or its content partners. Written permission is required before copying, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative content.

9. Limits on Our Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for damage arising from site use, linked services, or reliance on information found through either.

10. Indemnification

A visitor agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims caused by that visitor’s use or breach of these terms, including reasonable legal costs.

11. Governing Law

New Jersey law governs these terms. Any related dispute must be brought in a court located in New Jersey. OPRA, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., governs public agencies and does not make this private site a records custodian.

12. Changes to These Terms

Revised terms take effect when posted on this page and govern later use.

13. Cutting Off Access

Access may be restricted or ended at any time, with or without advance notice.

14. Severability

If one provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. The affected language is adjusted only to the extent needed for enforcement.
